ウイルス性ぶどう膜炎（急性網膜壊死，サイトメガロウイルス網膜炎）

POINT

◎急性網膜壊死もサイトメガロウイルス網膜炎もヘルペスウイルスの局所感染が関与するが，抗ウイルス薬や手術を積極的に行っても，いまだに予後不良の症例が多くみられる。

◎抗ウイルス薬の投与法には全身投与と局所投与があり，手術を併用することも多く，消炎のために同時にステロイドも局所，全身に使用する。

◎予後不良例が多いことを踏まえて積極的な検査で診断し，薬剤や手術開始などのタイミングを適切に判断し，薬剤の作用機序や副作用を十分に理解して速やかに治療を開始する。
