甲状腺眼症

POINT

◎甲状腺眼症は眼部を標的とした自己免疫性炎症性疾患であり，消炎治療を行う場合には，副作用が少なく，効果が大きいステロイドパルス治療を選択する。

◎上眼瞼後退症例で，上眼瞼挙筋およびMüller筋に炎症があり，線維化の進行していない場合には，トリアムシノロンアセトニドまたはボツリヌス毒素Aの局所注射が有効である。

◎甲状腺眼症に伴うドライアイ・上輪部角結膜炎に対しては，点眼・眼軟膏を用いて治療する。

◎甲状腺眼症に伴う眼圧上昇に対しては，房水産生抑制点眼薬が第一選択となる。
