POINT

◎血管内皮増殖因子（VEGF）をターゲットとした硝子体注射療法は，網膜静脈分枝閉塞症（BRVO）による黄斑浮腫に対して有用であることが大規模スタディによって明らかにされている。

◎抗VEGF抗体の注射療法は，注射間隔があくと黄斑浮腫が再発する場合があり，長期経過では光凝固治療などとの併用効果を検討する必要がある。
