POINT

◎フルオレセイン蛍光眼底造影検査により虚血型か非虚血型かを判定する。虚血型の場合，血管新生緑内障を予防するため，網膜光凝固術や抗VEGF薬の硝子体注射を考慮する。

◎虚血型・非虚血型にかかわらず，黄斑浮腫により視力低下がみられた場合は，抗VEGF薬の硝子体注射，あるいはトリアムシノロンアセトニドのテノン囊下や硝子体注射を行う（その際には眼内炎の予防に努める）。

◎血管閉塞性疾患なので，全身性疾患の有無を把握する。エビデンスレベルは高くないが，抗血小板薬や抗凝固薬の投与も検討する。
