加齢黄斑変性

POINT

◎加齢黄斑変性はわが国でも増加中の疾患で，治療は抗VEGF薬を用いることが主流である。

◎加齢黄斑変性は典型加齢黄斑変性，ポリープ状脈絡膜血管症，網膜血管腫状増殖の3病型に分けられ，それぞれに治療方針を考える必要がある。

◎加齢黄斑変性の適切な治療には正確な診断が不可欠である。
