POINT

◎現在，エビデンスのある薬物治療はない。

◎現時点では自然軽快しない症例には漏出点へのレーザー光凝固術が第一選択の治療法である。

◎脈絡膜の肥厚があることから，症例によっては光線力学的療法も考慮する（ただし，専門医へのコンサルトが必要）。
