POINT

◎小児に対して安全性が確認された眼圧下降薬はない。

◎大部分の症例は手術が第一選択であり，漫然と薬物治療を継続し，手術適応を遅らせないように注意する。

◎正確に眼圧測定をするためには根気が必要で，良好なアドヒアランスを維持するには治療に対する保護者の理解，協力も大変重要となる。
