はじめに

　中心性漿液性脈絡網膜症（central serous chorioretinopathy：CSC）では，網膜色素上皮に障害が起こり，外血液網膜関門が破綻するために脈絡膜側より網膜下への水分漏出が起こると考えられていた。しかしインドシアニングリーン蛍光眼底造影（indocyanine green angiography：IA）の登場により，脈絡膜毛細血管の透過性亢進（hyperpermeability）がCSCの主要因であり，網膜色素上皮障害は二次的なものであることがわかってきた^1,2）。このことによりCSCの治療戦略も近年変化してきている。本稿では，現在までのCSCに対する治療を振り返りながら，最新の治療方法についてまとめてみたい。
