Radial Keratotomy後のレーザー角膜屈折矯正手術症例

要約　目的：RK後の残余屈折誤差に対するLVC治療症例の臨床結果の報告。対象・方法：RK後眼に施行したPRK2例4眼，LASIK4例7眼。年齢26～51歳（平均37.5歳）で，男性5例，女性1例。LVCは通常通りに施行した。結果：術後の裸眼視力は0.8～1.5（平均1.24），MRSEは－0.75～＋2.00D（平均＋0.05±0.70D）で，全症例で視力，屈折誤差に改善が得られた。術後に上皮迷入が3眼発生し，2眼はステロイド点眼薬，1眼は外科的除去した。結論：RK後のLVCは有用な治療法であるが，RK後眼の特異性による合併症が起こることがある。
