小児のStickler症候群に伴う裂孔原性網膜剝離に対して硝子体手術を行った1例

要約　目的：Stickler症候群に併発した網膜剝離の治療例の報告。症例：13歳男児が右眼の網膜剝離として紹介受診した。乳児期にPierre Robin症候群と診断され，口蓋裂の手術を受けている。所見と経過：両眼に約－5Dの近視があり，矯正視力は右0.5，左1.2であった。右眼に網膜剝離と硝子体液化があった。顔面と鼻根部が平坦化し，指関節の屈曲制限があり，Stickler症候群と診断した。SF₆を併用した硝子体手術により網膜は復位し，15か月後の現在まで再発はない。結論：Stickler症候群の小児に裂孔原性網膜剝離が発症することがある。
