水疱性角膜症に対する角膜クロスリンキング

要約　目的：水疱性角膜症（BK）に対する角膜クロスリンキング（CXL）の，角膜浮腫と疼痛に対する効果の報告。対象と方法：対象は，BKに対しCXLを行った7例7眼（平均年齢73.0±17.5歳）。BKの原因疾患は，続発緑内障3例，レーザー虹彩切開後2例，白内障術後1例，レーザー虹彩切開後の白内障術後が1例であった。術前，術後1週，1か月の視力，眼圧，角膜厚，疼痛の強さと頻度について検討した。結果：視力と眼圧は，術前後で有意な変化がなかった。中心角膜厚は，術前731.3±100.1μm，術後1週650.4±76.3μm，1か月649.0±97.0μmと，有意に減少した（p＜0.05）。疼痛の強さと頻度は，術前に比べ術後は改善していた。結論：CXLは，BKの角膜浮腫と疼痛の軽減に有効である。
