粒子誘発性眼内炎：無菌性眼内炎の新しい病因

　トリアムシノロン硝子体注射後の無菌性眼内炎の病因として，保存剤，エンドトキシン混入が指摘されてきたが，最近，粒子誘発性眼内炎という新しい病因が提唱された。本症は注射翌日に発症するが，後遺症を残さず自然寛快する。網膜疾患治療への有効性を考えると，ステロイド治療は今後も用いられるべき治療法であろう。
