黄斑部脈絡膜陥凹

緒言

　2006年にJampolら^1）が光干渉断層計（optical coherence tomograph：以下，OCT）を用いて，黄斑部の脈絡膜が局所的に陥凹している症例を報告した。その後，同様の症例がcup-shaped choroidal excavation^2），unilateral choroidal excavation^3）として報告され，2011年にMargolisら^4）が，Jampolら^1）の症例を含めた12例をfocal choroidal excavation（以下，FCE）として提唱した。今回，FCEの1例を経験したので報告する。
