LASIKが深視力へ及ぼす影響

要約　目的：LASIK（laser in site keratomileusis）が深視力に及ぼす影響の報告。対象と方法：LASIKを行い，術後3か月まで観察できた58例を対象とした。LASIKを行い，術前・術後3か月に深視力を測定し，LASIK前後の深視力を比較検討した。またLASIK前後で年齢と深視力の関係も検討した。結果：LASIK前後の深視力の平均はそれぞれ9.0±4.06mm，8.6±7.49mmで統計学的に有意差はなかった。LASIK前後で，年齢と深視力の間に有意な相関関係はなかった。結論：LASIKは術後の深視力に影響を及ぼさないと考えられる。
