VisuMax^®を用いたlaser in situ keratomileusis（LASIK）の短期術後成績

要約　目的：VisuMax^®を使い，近視眼に対して行ったLASIKの短期成績の報告。対象と方法：過去4年間に同一医療施設で複数の術者がLASIKを行った55例109眼を対象とした。平均年齢は33.3±9.0歳で，術前の球面度数は平均−5.08±2.37Dであった。術中と手術の6か月後までの合併症と屈折，裸眼視力などを検索した。視力はlogMARで表示した。結果：術中の合併症として，suction lossが2眼，サイドカット部分からの出血が2眼に生じた。術翌日の裸眼視力の平均は−0.0843であり，6か月後の屈折は目標球面度数よりも0.185Dの過矯正であった。術後1か月での屈折は，−5.0Dよりも強い近視眼では有意の誤差があったが，これ以降の期間では，術前の近視が−5.0D以上または以下であったかは関係しなかった。結論：VisuMax^®を使い，近視眼に対して行ったLASIKでは重篤な合併症がなく，目標球面度数に近い屈折と良好な裸眼視力が得られた。
