硝子体手術創

◎硝子体手術は無縫合手術が主流となっている。

◎無縫合強膜創をOCTで観察すると，一定の確率で間隙がみられる。

◎術後低眼圧の症例では，創の閉鎖不全とともに毛様体脈絡膜剝離の存在を考える。
