◎後発白内障は徹照画像でElschnig型混濁を判定する。

◎液状後発白内障は後方散乱光強度を計測し評価するが，視機能への影響は軽度であることが多い。

◎眼内レンズの偏位は高次収差の増加をきたす。Scheimpflugスリット画像で判定する。Capsular capture眼では近視化をきたす。

◎Sub-surface nano glisthening（SSNG）およびグリスニングは後方散乱光強度を計測して判定するが，視機能への影響は少ない。
