◎術中OCTとして現在使用可能な機器は，手持ち型と手術顕微鏡一体型がある。

◎手持ち型は比較的低コストで運用できるが，撮影装置の保持や撮影位置の調整にコツが必要である。

◎手術顕微鏡一体型は術者自身が操作できることが多く術中使用によく適しているが，必要時は助手に操作を手伝ってもらうことでより容易に撮影できる。
