◎Retinal function imager（RFI）は造影剤を使わずに，細動静脈の血流速度（絶対値）を任意の血管で測定できる。

◎RFIは，造影剤を使用せずに毛細血管の描出が可能である。

◎現在のところ，画角が20°あるいは35°に限られているため，視神経乳頭，黄斑部の評価に限局されている。
