多剤併用中の原発開放隅角緑内障に対するブリモニジン酒石酸塩点眼液追加投与の短期成績

要約　目的：複数の薬物で加療中の原発開放隅角緑内障に，ブリモニジン点眼を追加した短期経過の報告。対象と方法：眼圧コントロールが不良な原発開放隅角緑内障40例53眼を対象とした。男性31眼，女性21眼で，平均年齢は67.9±12.7歳，平均眼圧は18.3±3.1mmHgであった。全例がプロスタグランジン関連薬，β遮断薬，炭酸脱水酵素阻害薬などを点眼中であった。0.1％ブリモニジン酒石酸塩の点眼を1日2回これに追加し，6か月後までの経過を追った。結果：追加点眼開始から1か月後，3か月後，6か月後の眼圧の平均下降率は，それぞれ8.3％，6.9％，8.2％であった。20％以上の眼圧降下は，それぞれ25％，32％，23％にあった。12眼では効果が不十分なため，1眼ではふらつきのために点眼を中止した。結論：複数の薬物で加療中の原発開放隅角緑内障に対し，ブリモニジン点眼の追加により，約20％の症例で眼圧が下降した。
