Point

◎網膜色素変性ではOCTにて周辺部から中心に向かってELM，IS/OS，COSTの各ラインが欠損し，中央に残存する各ラインの長さを計測することができる。

◎網膜色素変性の進行に伴い網膜外層の障害はCOST，IS/OS，ELMの順に進行し，これらのラインの障害が連動している。

◎網膜色素変性のOCT画像におけるCOST，IS/OS，ELMの長さは視力・網膜感度などの視機能と相関し，網膜色素変性の進行を評価するうえで有用なパラメータになりうる。
