SD-OCTが診断に有用であった小乳頭に伴う傍乳頭網膜分離症の1例

要約　目的：小乳頭に伴う傍乳頭網膜分離症の症例報告。症例：数か月前からの左眼視力低下を主訴に受診した67歳男性。矯正視力は右（1.2），左（0.7）。両眼ともに乳頭小窩を認めず，小乳頭だった。左眼黄斑部に車軸状の反射があり，スペクトラルドメイン光干渉断層計（SD-OCT）像では，左眼乳頭上膜と乳頭内の空隙から連続する網膜分離を認めた。結論：小乳頭に傍乳頭網膜分離を合併することがある。乳頭部を含めた複数方向のSD-OCTが診断に有用であり，分離の起始部を推測できた。
