Patterned laser trabeculoplastyと選択的レーザー線維柱帯形成術の比較

要約　目的：PASCAL^®のパターンシステムを利用したレーザー線維柱帯形成術（PLT）と選択的レーザー線維柱帯形成術（SLT）の眼圧下降効果について後ろ向きに比較検討した。対象と方法：開放隅角緑内障21例24眼のうち，12眼にPLT，12眼にSLTを施行し，レーザー前後の眼圧を6か月以上経過観察した。結果：PLT群，SLT群ともに6か月で有意な眼圧下降が得られた。眼圧下降率は，6か月の時点でPLT群およびSLT群ともに統計学的な有意差はなかった。結論：PLTは，6か月の経過観察期間においてSLTと同等の眼圧下降効果を示した。
