近視性牽引黄斑症の治療

　近視性牽引黄斑症は，病的近視眼に生じる牽引に伴った黄斑部障害をさす。OCTにより黄斑円孔もしくは黄斑円孔網膜剝離発症前の段階での診断が容易になり，適切な時期に手術加療を行うことで，視機能の改善や悪化の予防が可能になった。
