体位と眼圧変動

文献購入ページに移動 眼圧は体位によって変動し,座位において最も低い値を示す。しかしながら,もっぱら座位における眼圧値をベースとして,緑内障診断ならびに管理がなされている。本稿では,体位による眼圧変動と緑内障発症ならびに進行とのかかわりを述べるとともに,現行の緑内障管理に一石を投じてみたい。
