新生児・乳児の眼底出血を診たら

point

1）新生児網膜（硝子体）出血は出生時に生じ，2〜3週間ほどで自然消失する。全身状態や状況から虐待と鑑別は容易である

2）虐待性頭部外傷およびゆさぶられっ子症候群では，眼底検査結果が虐待判定の重要な所見となる。多発性，多層性の網膜出血や，出血性網膜分離などが特徴的な眼底所見である

3）少しでも虐待の疑いがあれば，医療者は速やかに児童相談所へ通告〔全国共通ダイヤル：0570-064-000（2015年7月からは局番なしの189に変更）〕を行わなければならない
