網膜静脈閉塞症に伴う黄斑浮腫に対するラニビズマブの短期成績

要約　目的：網膜静脈閉塞症に伴う黄斑浮腫に対するラニビズマブ硝子体注射の短期成績の報告。対象と方法：網膜静脈閉塞症22例22眼を対象とした。男性10例，女性12例で，年齢は44〜83歳，平均70歳であった。網膜中心動脈閉塞症が5眼，網膜静脈分枝閉塞症が17眼にあった。併発した黄斑浮腫に対してラニビズマブ硝子体注射を行い，6か月間の経過を観察した。必要に応じてラニビズマブ投与を追加した。視力はlogMARで評価した。結果：経過中に平均2.4回のラニビズマブ追加投与を行った。平均視力は投与前0.64±0.41，6か月後は0.56±0.50で，改善傾向を示した。中心窩網膜厚は，治療前には平均577.8±207.0μm，治療の翌日が459.0±144.6μm，6か月後が373.1±102.9μmであり，有意に減少した。結論：網膜静脈閉塞症に伴う黄斑浮腫に対するラニビズマブ硝子体注射で，その翌日から黄斑浮腫が減少し，短期的な視力の改善が得られた。
