アレルギー性結膜疾患の瞼結膜に発現されるIL-8とムチンコア蛋白遺伝子の検討

要約　目的：結膜上皮におけるIL-8 mRNA（IL8）とMUC遺伝子（MUC）発現の検討。対象と方法：アレルギー性結膜炎，アトピー性角結膜炎，春季カタル（VKC群）の患者のimpression cytology検体（検討1），およびlipopolysaccarideまたはヒスタミン刺激培養ヒト結膜上皮細胞（HCE）（検討2）で，IL8，MUC1，MUC5AC，MUC16発現をreal-time RT-PCR法で検討した。結果：検討1：IL8発現は，VKC群で高値を示し（P＜0.05），IL8とMUC1は相関した（r＝0.54, P＜0.05, 偏相関検定）。検討2：ヒスタミン刺激したHCEでIL8とMUC1が相関した（r＝0.62, P＜0.01, 偏相関検定）。結論：結膜上皮でのIL-8とMUC1の変化は，VKCのアレルギー炎症でみられる。
