トーリック眼内レンズ

はじめに

　白内障治療と乱視矯正を同時に行うことができるトーリック眼内レンズ（intraocular lens：IOL）はわが国でも多施設で行われるようになった。今まで乱視のある白内障術後患者は眼鏡による矯正が必要であったが，トーリックIOLの登場により術後裸眼で最良視力を得ることが可能となった。本稿では単焦点トーリックIOLの種類と特徴，適応，軸合わせにかかわる最新の機器などについて述べたい。
