サイトメガロウイルス角膜内皮炎の最近の知見

POINT

■サイトメガロウイルスによる角膜内皮の特異的炎症。進行すると水疱性角膜症となる。

■典型例ではコインリージョン（coin-shaped lesion）と呼ばれる円形に配列する角膜後面沈着物や，拒絶反応線様の線状に配列する角膜後面沈着物を認める。

■虹彩炎や眼圧上昇を伴うことが多い。

■診断には前房水PCRによるウイルス検索が有用である。

■ガンシクロビルなどの抗サイトメガロウイルス薬とステロイド薬の併用治療の有効性が報告されている。
