POINT

■主としてブドウ球菌の感染が原因で生じる慢性前部眼瞼炎である。

■眼瞼炎の症状は，朝に悪化するのが典型的である。

■所見としては，黄色滲出物付着，collarette，皮膚びらん，睫毛脱落が特徴的である。

■治療は，主に眼瞼清拭，局所抗菌薬投与を行う。重症例では少量ステロイド投与，全身の抗菌薬投与を行う。

■眼瞼炎は慢性疾患であり，治療のアドヒアランスが重要であることを患者によく説明する。
