POINT

■眼瞼のDemodexには2種類あり，睫毛根部，マイボーム腺にそれぞれ寄生する。

■眼瞼のDemodexの数が増加することにより炎症を惹起する。

■治療は眼瞼の清浄，tea tree oilの局所塗布である。
