POINT

■感染性涙腺炎は稀であり，涙腺炎の多くが非感染性の涙腺炎である。

■細菌性涙腺炎の診断のポイントは，上眼瞼外側を中心とした腫脹や発赤，結膜の充血，眼脂，疼痛，圧痛である。

■涙腺が腫大していることをCTまたはMRIで確認する。

■細菌性涙腺炎の治療は抗菌薬の全身投与であり，内服，または，重症度に応じて点滴による治療を行う。
