単純ヘルペスウイルス角膜炎

POINT

■単純ヘルペスウイルス角膜炎上皮型では偽樹枝状角膜炎をきたす疾患との鑑別を要する。

■診断は臨床所見と免疫クロマトグラフィ，角膜知覚が重要である。

■治療はアシクロビル眼軟膏。実質型ではそれに加えてステロイド点眼（急に止めずに漸減）を行う。
