ウイルス性角膜内皮炎

POINT

■角膜内皮細胞に炎症を生じ，初期には角膜後面沈着物を伴う限局的な実質および上皮浮腫を呈する。

■進行すると浮腫は角膜全体に及び，不可逆的内皮機能不全を生じ，角膜内皮移植適応となることもある。

■単純ヘルペスウイルス，水痘帯状疱疹ウイルスに加え，サイトメガロウイルス，耳下腺炎ウイルスなどの関与も指摘されるようになった。

■眼所見のみならず，前房水PCR検査によるウイルスDNAの同定が重要である。

■ステロイド点眼，抗ウイルス薬の内服，点眼で加療する。
