急性網膜壊死

POINT

■急性網膜壊死の治療の基本はASAP（as soon as possible）であり，疑ったらただちに治療を開始する。

■初診時の壊死病巣が赤道境界部より周辺である場合には，急いで硝子体手術を行うのではなく，抗ウイルス療法をしっかり行う。

■初診時の壊死病巣が赤道境界部より後極である場合には，硝子体手術の時期を考えながら治療にあたる。
