真菌性眼内炎

POINT

■真菌血症患者で初回の眼底検査（散瞳下）で異常がみられない場合でも，1〜2週後に必ず再検査を行う。

■好中球減少患者では，好中球数が回復してから眼底検査を行う。

■菌種，薬剤使用歴ならびに眼内移行を考慮し，適切に抗真菌薬を選択する。

■治療方針を決めるうえで，感染症科医との緊密な連携が大切である。
