CSC，AMDに関するあたらしい概念—Pachychoroid

はじめに

　Pachychoroid neovasculopathyは新しい疾患概念であり，その診断基準や疫学はまだ確立していない。しかし，pachychoroid neovasculopathyと滲出型加齢黄斑変性〔neovascular age-related macular degeneration（AMD）もしくはwet AMD〕との関係性はアジア人において特に重要であると考えられ，最近のホットトピックとなっている^1）。本稿では，“pachychoroid”と呼ばれる新しい考え方について紹介し，現在までに報告されている研究結果について記載する。
