今月の症例

【患者】69歳，男性

【現病歴・経過】両眼の糖尿病網膜症および右眼網膜静脈分枝閉塞症（branch retinal vein occlusion：BRVO）の網膜光凝固術施行後，原発開放隅角緑内障も合併し，点眼3剤治療中であった。2014年10月，虹彩新生血管を伴う右眼眼圧上昇を認め，抗血管内皮増殖因子（vascular endothelial growth factor：VEGF）治療目的にて当科紹介となった。
