房水循環の調節—新たな眼圧下降治療

文献購入ページに移動 新しい眼圧下降治療の試みを紹介する。薬物治療としてはROCK(Rho-associated coiled-coil forming kinase)阻害薬のリパスジルがわが国で発売となり,複数の同種薬剤が臨床試験中である。新しいプロスタグランジン製剤やアデノシン受容体刺激薬に加え,ドラッグデリバリーの研究も進行中である。また,超音波を用いた眼圧下降の試みも臨床応用が進んでいる。
