今月の症例

【患者】58歳，男性

【主訴】精査希望

【現病歴】6年前，近医で緑内障と診断され，右眼に緑内障治療点眼薬を開始した。転居に伴い，別の近医で受診したところ，先天的な視神経部分低形成と診断され，点眼の中止を指示された。精査目的で2010年に紹介され受診した。
