松山赤十字病院における涙腺部腫瘍の検討

要約　目的：松山赤十字病院で診断した涙腺部腫瘍の報告。

対象と方法：過去139か月間に病理組織診断が確定した涙腺部腫瘍68例を対象とし，年齢，性差，治療法とその成績を検討した。

結果：良性腫瘍45例（66％），悪性腫瘍23例（34％）であり，良性腫瘍については，男性16例，女性29例であり，悪性腫瘍については，男性13例，女性10例であった。上皮性腫瘍は，多形腺腫，囊胞，癌腫の順に多く，リンパ増殖性腫瘍は，悪性リンパ腫，非IgG4関連疾患，IgG4関連疾患の順に多かった。

結論：涙腺由来と推定される腫瘍では，悪性腫瘍の頻度が1/3を占めていた。涙腺腫瘍では，悪性腫瘍を念頭に置いて検査と治療を進める必要がある。
