今月の症例

【患者】39歳，男性

【主訴・現病歴】近見作業に従事し，普段から老眼鏡を使用している。1年前から1か月ごとの霧視，2日前から左眼の痛みと霞みを訴え急病センターを受診し，左眼の急性緑内障発作と診断され，当院へ搬送とされた。
