今月の症例

《症例1》

【患者】64歳，男性

【主訴】両眼の視野狭窄

【現病歴】4年前から近医眼科で両眼の緑内障と診断され，抗緑内障点眼治療を開始した。眼圧は20mmHg前後で推移し，薬物治療を強化されたが，視野障害が進行した。定年退職を機にようやく精査・加療目的で当科へ紹介され受診となった。
