小児ステロイド緑内障に対するリパスジル塩酸塩を含む5剤点眼の投与経験

要約　目的：プレドニゾロン内服で眼圧が上昇した小児に対し，リパスジルを含む5剤の点眼で眼圧が下降した報告。

症例：4歳女児がネフローゼ症候群と診断され，プレドニゾロン内服の開始から13日後に眼科に紹介された。

所見と経過：矯正視力は左右眼とも1.2で，眼圧は右52mmHg，左56mmHgであり，乳頭陥凹が両眼にあった。トラボプロスト，チモロール，ブリンゾラミドの点眼で2日後に眼圧が30mmHg台に下降したが，リパスジル点眼を追加し，さらにブリモニジンを加えた5剤点眼とした。治療開始から8日後に眼圧は右22mmHg，左19mmHgへ下降し，点眼を漸減終止した後に乳頭陥凹が軽症化した。

結論：多剤点眼で治療中のステロイド緑内障に対し，リパスジル点眼を追加することで，良好な眼圧下降が得られた。
