加齢黄斑変性治療における光線力学療法の必要性

文献概要

　加齢黄斑変性治療の第一選択は抗VEGF治療であるが，効果不十分な際のレスキュー治療の1つとして光線力学療法（PDT）が見直されてきている。欧米人よりPDTの有効性の高かった日本人では，より積極的にPDTを抗VEGF治療に組み込むことで，早期に病状安定化をもたらせる可能性がある。
