今月の症例

【患者】55歳，女性

【現病歴】2010年より両眼の正常眼圧緑内障で近医を通院。無治療時眼圧は15mmHg前後。キサラタン^®，ミケランLA^®，エイゾプト^®，アイファガン^®を順次処方され，4剤併用時の眼圧は右眼9〜14mmHg，左眼8〜13mmHgであった（図1）。また，2013年9月からニバジール^®，2014年2月からはメマリー^®を内服。

【既往歴】特筆すべき事項なし
