落屑緑内障に対するリパスジル点眼薬の眼圧下降効果と安全性

要約　目的：リパスジル点眼薬の落屑緑内障（PEG）に対する眼圧下降効果と安全性を後ろ向きに検討する。

対象と方法：リパスジル点眼薬が追加投与された眼圧21mmHg以上のPEG17例17眼を対象とし，同じように追加投与された原発開放隅角緑内障（POAG）48例48眼を対照とした。投与前，投与1〜2か月，3〜4か月後の眼圧を調査し，投与前後で比較した。患者背景，眼圧下降幅，眼圧下降率を2群間で比較した。投与後の中止例を調査した。

結果：眼圧はPEG群とPOAG群では，それぞれ投与前22.8±3.1mmHgと24.7±4.5mmHgに比べて，投与1〜2か月後19.7±2.7mmHgと21.0±4.4mmHg，3〜4か月後19.7±3.9mmHgと20.1±4.1mmHgに有意に下降した（p＜0.05，p＜0.0001）。投与3〜4か月後の眼圧下降幅と眼圧下降率は2群で同等であった。中止例はPEG群3例（17.6％），POAG群4例（8.3％）で同等であった（p＝0.3659）。そのうち副作用による中止例はPEG群2例，POAG群0例であった。

結論：リパスジル点眼薬のPEGに対する眼圧下降効果と安全性は良好である。
