無硝子体眼におけるバルベルト^®緑内障インプラントを用いたチューブシャント手術の短期成績

要約　目的：無硝子体眼に対して経扁平部挿入型バルベルト^®緑内障インプラントを用いたチューブシャント手術の成績の報告。

方法：チューブシャント手術を施行し1年以上経過観察できた11例13眼（男8，女3名）を対象とした。原因疾患は血管新生緑内障が12眼および外傷後の続発性緑内障が1眼であった。眼圧および点眼・内服スコアを術前および術後で評価した。

結果：眼圧は術後経過に伴って安定した。術前および術後1年の眼圧は，それぞれ40.1±14.6mmHgおよび17.1±5.5mmHgであった。点眼・内服スコアは，術前および術後1年でそれぞれ4.4±1.3および2.2±1.6であった。

結論：術後に眼圧は低下し，経過に伴い安定した。点眼および内服量を術前に比較して減少できた。
