今月の症例

【患者】75歳，男性，開放隅角緑内障

【家族歴】祖母，母親，叔母，従兄弟2人，兄弟姉妹4人が緑内障

【現病歴】9年間点眼治療を続けている。3剤で眼圧はローティーン（ノンコントノメータ）で経過しているが，視野進行があるため当科へ紹介され受診した。
